• Our service is prepaid - you must complete payment before generation
• Once AI generation begins, corresponding fees will be deducted and not refunded even if generation fails
• If generation fails due to system malfunction, you may contact customer service to request re-generation or refund
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after generation failure
• Successful orders are not refundable for any reason
